To create an EGP88 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
You are permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or any other means of circumvention, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances or Bonus Funds therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must notify EGP88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. EGP88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
EGP88 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all Account holders in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed.
You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents during the KYC process:
EGP88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including following changes to your Account details or prior to processing any significant withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in your Account being suspended and pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending verification.
All deposits to your EGP88 Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:
All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. EGP88 will not accept deposits made from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.
EGP88 does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own transaction charges for which EGP88 accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that corresponds to a previously verified deposit source, where technically applicable. EGP88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Your Account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC completion will be queued and processed upon successful verification.
Standard processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:
EGP88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly in cases involving large sums or unusual account activity. Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, scrape, copy, or create derivative works from any Platform content without EGP88's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, EGP88 shall not be liable for any of the following:
EGP88's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
EGP88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any of the following reasons:
Upon closure of an Account that is not related to fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of any dispute between you and EGP88, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. EGP88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable period. All formal dispute decisions issued by EGP88 are final and binding.
Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
EGP88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent on-site notification.
Your continued use of the EGP88 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
